When you will process your order our system will give you your shipping cost at the end of the transaction, before processing your credit card. By selecting your shipping zip code the shipping cost will appear allowing you to make your final decision.

Orders, received between Monday and Friday, are shipped in 72 hours. Orders, received on Saturday or Sunday, are shipped like orders received on Monday.
UPS Ground service:
Most orders shipped via UPS Ground are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date.
UPS 2-day service: Orders shipped via UPS 2-day service are delivered 2 business days from the date of shipment.
We apologize but orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are not eligible for UPS 2-day service.
UPS Overnight Service: Orders shipped via UPS Overnight service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
We accept orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders will ship via the best way at the time of the order.
Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Please note: all orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes.
UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO Boxes.

If you find that there is an issue with your online purchase, please contact customer service for assistance at 888-565-0666 from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Any damage claim needs to be issued under 48 hrs from the delivery date to our customer service.
It is ELLESCA’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly exchange any defective merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
